I stayed in a studio, it was clean, as well the bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Size wise ideal for one person around 26 sqm, the kitchen had all appliances, including microwave and fridge. The AC was super strong (which is excellent plus), can cool down the apartment within minutes in summer. Wifi and swimming pool was ok. Overall the building need some refurbishment, minor. The view from the top of the building is awesome! Location is good, easy to reach by metro, and around 5 min walk from the metro station.

Price for my stay was about 25 euros. For that i had an appartment with everything you need. I think for that money it's more than nice. Yes, other comments is true that cleaning is not daily. Yes, you can have small issues in your apt (in mine the shower was a little broken and the water splashed in all directions, it also poured over the sides and in the whole bathroom, even outside the shower, everything was in the water. Also my "king size" bed was just two single beds placed side by side), but!!! I had very nice view from the window, the internet was enough for remote work, you have kitchen, dishwasher and metro is in 300 meters. Yes, it's not in city center, so you need to spend ~1 hour to get to at least Kadikoy. But if you need real apartment, not a small room, place has no rival. Also it's not so hard to get even to Istanbul Airport from here. When i booked Zin D, i thought that my flight will be from SAW, but it turns to be from IST. I easily ride few stops by bus (~15 min) and Havaist picked me from one of their official stops nearby (they accept cash) and ride took just 1 hour (it was at 18:30). So i would highly recommend you to stay if you do not have exorbitant requirements and you are adequate in understanding what you get by paying that kind of money. p.s. they let in with companion without marriage certificate only if you are a foreigners. Local people can stay single night only with marriage certificate

The staff was fantastic and the location was great. Metro bus/train station was less than 0.1 miles and the unit had everything including fridge, stove, and microwave. Thanks Elef and the rest of the staff for making a guest feel so comfortable and welcomed.

The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, especially the pastries and fruits. The location was perfect—quiet yet very close to the city center. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The staff was helpful, specially Elif at the reception . The restraunt was good. It was conveniently near the metro and grocery shops.
